“I wanted a place to inspire and be inspired by, a place where my staff and I could create together… with amazing references and materials at hand where clients can experience the synergy of creation.”

Michael Aiduss Interior Design is located in Montclair in a reclaimed building that was once the world’s largest lacrosse netting factory.  A stone’s throw from Manhattan, work staff commutes to and from our New York City office.

The Design Studio consists of two departments. The Decoratives Department focuses on all aspects of furnishing a project.  Our project designers assist in executing furniture plans, site meetings, sourcing of antique, vintage and modern furnishings, and overseeing custom furniture designed by Michael.  In addition, the Decoratives staff are responsible for project documentation and project management.

The Design Department oversees all architecture related projects including conceptual design, interior design, space planning, millwork details, and rendering.  Furniture and lighting design is part of this group’s repertoire.  Project managers also oversee and manage work with consulting architects and contractors.

Both the New York and Montclair offices offer a private environment for meetings where both clients and the creative team meet for presentations and design review.
